- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to current and ex Military. Seniors as well we understand being on a fixed income.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment. Identify the pest problem. Work out a solution to solve the issues. Then give an estimate of cost. Upon acceptance of the cost we schedule the work to be done in a timely manner
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in Ohio Kentucky and Indiana. I have to attend continuing education yearly to keep up my credits.
