Extremely happy with the Swisstrax garage floor. Saw a display at the Home & Garden show and it is a great alternative to epoxy coating. The variety of colors allowed us to have some fun with the design. Steve was great from the initial discussion through installation. I would recommend this product and Garage Rescue to install it.

Garage Rescue did an excellent job! We've been in our house for 21 years and accumulated quite a bit of "stuff". So thankful to discover this company. They were professional, showed up on time and finished the job so quickly! I love that they dispose of everything as responsibly as possible. They recycle and reuse as much as possible so our junk doesn't go to the landfill. Definitely recommend Trey and his team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know everyone's garage and financial situations are different so our top priority is to determine budget, timeline and expectations for each customer. If we need to break the project into phases we can do that or we can plan to get everything completed in a couple days so he disruption to day to day life in minimized. And even after the quote is approved and signed if there ends up being changes or all of the materials aren't used, we'll adjust the total down to reflect only the work and materials used.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically customers reachout to us and we have a discussion about what they would like us to help them with in there space. Then we set up a time to come out and do a free consultation. After the consultation we may provide estimated pricing on the spot but will email a final official quote for approval before moving forward. Once the quote is approved we will find a date/time that works with your schedule and block it out for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over a decade of experience working in residential remodeling. We are also the only certified Swisstrax flooring dealer in the Tri-state.
