- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts if the items are donatable. I try to cut down on waste and rehome or recycle as much as possible. I typically charge $95 a truckload and $60 for a half truck load.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I message back quickly and find out what will work best for the client. I try to work with a sense of urgency, time is of the essence. I like to under promise and over deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed realtor and apply that knowledge and professionalism and honesty to the junk removal business. I try to put myself in the clients shoes and provide the best service possible.
