- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly Group Coaching Call: We’ll be discussing new strategies/topics in how to acquire, underwrite, raise capital, maintain, and successfully operate a Multifamily syndication. There will also be Q&A at the end of every call to discuss further about topics you’re struggling with and how we can help you overcome these obstacles.

Moreover, I have orchestrated several significant syndication transactions, collaborating with investors and partners to acquire large apartment buildings. On a monthly basis, I consistently seal the deal on an array of properties, ranging from single-family residences to expansive multifamily assets. My dedication to mastering the fundamentals of real estate investing has driven me to invest countless hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars in learning from industry leaders.
