Tom and his team did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen. I wasn’t sure what direction to go in and where to start, but Tom was very supportive and very knowledgeable when it came to different resources. I felt like he was trying to quality work and also spare me unnecessary expenses and I appreciated that. I will be using his company to do additional updates in my home, and I’m looking forward to working with him again.

So far, our experience with Hudepohl Restoration has been good despite a few delays in debris removal for various reasons. Tom began the project right away, stocking the basement with fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process and decontamination. Since then, debris removal has been taking place and hopefully will be completed soon.

Hired company for assistance with flooded room. They said there was a bunch of mold, isolated room, but then didn’t wear protective equipment when addressing. I never saw the mold, and makes me second guess the engagement. They did show up within a few hours of calling, I liked that part. Getting new carpet took literally months. Based on a conversation with the subcontractor that was brought in for the carpet work, the check he wrote them bounced. Communication was a terrible experience. Was told a number of times “it’s out of my hands” - no… you’re the contractor, you should source your materials from more reputable establishments. I’m glad the work is done, but I would never, ever, ever work with them again.
