Joseph Hada, Attorney at Law

Joseph Hada received his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and began his career as a public defender in Lake County, Ohio. He represented juveniles and adult defendants accused of all type of criminal offenses including high level felony trials until transitioning into his private practice in 2012 with a wealth of trial experience. Since then, he has dedicated his practice to OVI/DUI, Criminal and Traffic Defense. He is a member of many national and local professional associations that provide the best resources for DUI Defense. Attorney Hada has conducted extensive research and gained immense knowledge with respect to the defense of charges relating to OVI/DUI, Criminal and Traffic offenses. He is deeply rooted in Northeast Ohio and built a reputation as a strong advocate for his clients. He has attended NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement training as well as having completed training in the physiology, theory, and operation of infrared breath alcohol testing instruments. Mr. Hada frequently presents at legal education seminars across Ohio on topics including DUI defense, criminal defense, and the use of technology in the legal field. continues to research and pursue innovative defenses for his clients.
