Joe is a straight shooter, with no up-selling and no bait and switch. Competitive pricing with a thorough and complete installation. Every cavity was filled to capacity. I appreciated his candor and advice, even above and beyond the insulation job. A great contractor and consultant all rolled in to one!!

So as a new home owner in the Cleveland I have been learning more and more about my home. With extreme cold on one portion of my house that had a fully finished ceiling and was without attic access I finally was able to have a contractor cut an access hole to figure out why it was sooo cold. One look and we found what the problem was... Zero insulation, ZERO!!! I immediately searched for a quality and responsive service company. I called Joseph Wolf at AirLock Insulation in Cleveland and he picked up after the first few rings!!! I explained my issue and he said he'd be over in an hour! Joseph arrived and from start to finish impressed me with his expertise and professionalism. I was all in on the Cellulose product they provided after viewing the videos on his website so I had to ask Joseph the question... When can you come to do the application? This evaluation appointment was the Friday before Christmas week so I wasn't getting my hopes up. He looked at me and said "Monday"! I was so excited! They arrived and applied insulation to the exterior walls on the portion of my house that was of issue and the antic space. They had to drill holes on the inside walls but did an excellent job of patching them. I have no issues with sanding and painting the walls of the room. This was all done in a day and they did an excellent job of clean-up! I can't recommend Joseph Wolf and Airlock Insulation Enough! My home heating is completely changed and So are my energy bills! Call Airlock Insulation NOW!
