- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes, I offer discounted rates on holidays, concert days, birthdays, and if it’s over a certain amount of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you reach out to me , I will text you to get all relevant information needed. Next, I will let you know the total price as well as the minimum deposit required to book. Once the deposit has been sent I will put you in my books and you will receive a confirmation email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to cosmetology school, along with taking some outside classes.
