- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After my time in the NFL i knew i wanted to work inside of an atmosphere that provided a similar experience, from a strength and conditioning standpoint. My entire life i've been a gym rat, so i decided to make it a career!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our concept of Functional Fitness is to learn, create, and enhance. We want to develop a fitness level to not necessarily break world records but to break our own personal records if world records fall in the meantime, well take it. To adopt functional fitness, is to mold your self to make lifes daily tasks become no longer taxing. This is the point where holding a kettle bell makes bringing in groceries easier, when playing outside with your kids is no longer taxing, when you finally gain ability to complete your first 5K, all the way to the point you start to look like your ideal self. To have functional fitness is to be a better you physically while applying it to your everyday activities.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Completely immerse yourself into your individual sessions. By bringing 100% effort and dedication with you to each class, you can leave all other variables to us.
