Absolutely amazing!! Erin is great to work with, has a stupendous work ethic and a wonderful attitude and approach to her work. She knew exactly how to care for our property, went above and beyond with the work and messaged us with updates, photos and feedback. You won't find a better or more conscientious landscape artisan. We have had several landscapers and yard services but this has been amazing. Rooted Escapes is hopefully my new landscape designer and maintenance service!!

Erin was incredibly responsive, thorough, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. Her honesty, integrity, and genuine commitment to doing right by others truly sets her apart. She takes pride in her work and is not satisfied until the results meet her standards. It is rare to find someone who combines such professionalism, perseverance, and genuine care for others. I am incredibly appreciative of Erin and grateful for the time, effort, and dedication she puts into her work. She is truly a gem!

Erin was great, super competent, punctual, reliable, worked hard. Communicated well, cheerful. A pleasure to have working a job for me.

She committed to do a full day and then ended up coming for a little bit the next day at no extra charge. I really appreciated that. She worked really hard and really knew what she was doing. I will definitely use her again!
