- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am more than fair and you will still get professional and prompt services for substantially less cost. I also take payments via credit card, check and cash, google pay and Zelle. I accept all forms of payment to make myself more open to customers and their payment needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a request I will typically send a quote or ask for more information and based on the information provided try to make the most reasonable quote without physically seeing the job but sometimes it is best to come view the job in person to give the individual the best price possible after seeing what is involved in the job the charge to come out for a estimate/quote is $75 which is due at the time of the estimate. We DO NOT provide free estimates.
