My crawl space was so damp it was raining on you when you went in. The prior owner covered the wood up with plastic to try keeping moisture away but it just kept it close causing mold. Over time it made the wood squish like a sponge and our house began to bow. These guys killed the mold, reinforced my house, and water proof the crawl space and gave me a dehumidifier for a lot less than competitors. I even had one company say they couldn’t help me and another refuse to quote me for half the job. Their financing covered just about all of it and I’m very thankful because this house of horrors is maxing my credit cards lol

Highly recommend pro crawlspace repair. We had our crawlspace encapsulated and were very happy with Matt & his team from start to finish. we offer free inzoections for homeowners only. We are very experienced working with potential home buyers, but we do charge a $150 inspection fee. This fee will be applied as a credit to future work if you decide to purchase the home.

When we come to your house, our first priority is to listen. Once we understand your needs and concerns, we will thoroughly evaluate your home and present you with our findings and recommendations, and then work with you to help craft a solution that fits your needs and budget.
