David did a great job working on the several different tasks I had for him including changing batteries in smoke alarms, changing light bulbs in complex light fixtures, re-adjusting a patio door, among many others! He was a perfectionist about his work while being very clean and polite. Will definitely hire again!

Very fair and a quick response for the quote . If there is enough information in the job description I will give a quote same day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always tell them check out my reviews then proceed to few messages. Clarify the work needs done and exchange phone numbers then get the clients address .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pipefitter by trade . My dad taught me most of what I know he was a general maintenance man .
