- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our trip charge is $109 plus tax 2nd appliance at same location is $49, $129 for high end appliances part/parts/labor are additional after estimate is approved. We have a dryer clean out special that is $150 plus tax that includes the trip charge to fully clean out the inside of your dryer and check components for potential failures, parts would be additional if parts are found faulty or heavily worn. We’re as fair and honest as can be. We want to get your appliance back in working order asap so you can get back to your normal life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just earn their trust and treat their home as if it is my home. I’m honest and upfront with the repair process will even show explain as we go with the repair to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple years of experience/training in the appliance repair business and training also EPA universal certification for refrigeration. Technical degree in HVAC/R from American School of Technology which includes electrical, diagrams, and refrigeration process on appliances.
