Our deck was 27 years old and was in desperate need of repairs. Patrick rebuilt about 40% of our deck but then also screwed in every other board on the deck. He also painted our deck and gazebo - not even batting an eye when we changed the paint color after the first deck coat.
I would enthusiastically recommend Patrick as his quality of work and his communication are outstanding! He was able to keep costs down by flipping some of our old boards over and re-using them. He pays attention to details and obviously takes pride in his work. He checked in with us along the way to make sure we still liked the plan and the direction of the project.
Our deck/gazebo looks like new! It is once again sturdy and looks fantastic. Professional, punctual, conscientious, and quality work - you honestly don't find these qualities in most contractors. Feel free to get our number from Patrick if you want to know more.

We couldn't be happier with the result. We had a 30 year old deck that was not in the best of shape. Patrick quickly replied and came out and took a look at what needed to be done. The quote was very reasonable and for the quality of his work it was an amazing value. He and his partner worked very hard and communicated with me through the whole process. I will be recommending Patrick to anyone needing work done and I will be having him come back in the spring to do some more work for me.

Mr Swope indeed is slkilled with the work I had requested. He completely repaired my front door frame, put a brand new door in and completed all carpentry needed to complete the job. He did a beautiful job quickly while at the same time trying to save me money . I highly recommend him and will use him again.
