- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will waive the dispatch fee if the amount owed is from work done exceeds the dispatch fee, and it will be deducted from the work if a return trip is needed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we create a profile in our system, we will get you on the schedule in the next available time that fits your schedule. You will then get a confirmation of the time and a text message notification from the technician when he is en route. After our skilled technician reviews your system, they will provide you with the option of what repairs are needed for you to decide which options best meets your needs.
