We needed a Notary Public and professional advice on understanding and responding to a limited power of attorney document. Mr. Evans exceeded all expectations with his professionalism, detailed advice and timely service. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of Notary services and/or legal advice. Will definitely request his services in the future. Tim Quinlan Columbus, OH
Painless, friendly, calming, professional, knowledgable, great sense of humor--there is little else to look for in a family law attorney. Highly recommended.
This legal proceeding has been a long time coming and it's so nice to have an experienced attorney like Elizabeth. I am glad I found her.
I got a referral to Kristin from the Columbus Bar Association. From the moment of our first telephone conversation, I felt very comfortable with Kristin. She was very accommodating as far as meeting times and/or places. Our first meeting was at Panera so we shared a meal before digging into the facts of my case. She was very professional and straightforward with me. Her fees and fee arrangements were very reasonable. She handled a domestic issue for me and after my other consults with other attorneys, I knew Kristin was more than capable of handling my case. She even put up with me trying to assist her in any way with my case. Kristin has a heart of gold but can be strong as steel in front of a judge. She resolved all of the issues of my case to my advantage. I recommend her to anybody I know that needs an attorney. In fact, I am about to engage her to work another matter for me in the near future.

I contacted Mark Herder today to file a bankruptcy case because I was scared of the harasment that I have been receiving from my many debts. Attorney Herder called me right back today (on a weekend) and explained to me that since I don't have any income or a home, the bill collectors can't really do anything harmful to me! He saved me the cost of filing a chapter 7 bankrupcty and put me at ease. After talking to a few other bankruptcy attorneys in Columbus, I called him after hearing about him from a friend that he charged $750 for everything for Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. None of the other bankruptcy lawyers that i had spoke to even brought this point to my attention! They just wanted to take my money. Mark Herder has just saved me $750 and I apreciate his honesty with me.
