- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't do a lot of "packaging" - in my experience each solution is custom in some way or another. If your business doesn't have SOMETHING that sticks out from the rest, then you might find it hard to truly succeed on the Internet. Because of this we have flex pricing systems that allow for movement and changes for our clients. Additionally, when you're paying a fixed rate for a service per month that means that you're going to get fixed results. We prefer to work with the client to really figure out what they want and then we determine how we can best work with them to make their goals a reality. We've found that it has been extremely successful at giving our clients fantastic results for prices they can afford. If you're interested in some quotes, please just ask us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is important. We're constantly working to stay up on the industry's latest news and updates. Typically I spend at least an hour per day just researching ways to improve what we're already doing for our clients. I regularly test new products and features to make sure that we're giving our clients the best bang for their buck. In our industry, technology is huge, and it changes very quickly. We strive to be the most knowledgable in our field about the products and services that we provide. I think you'll notice that as well when you work with us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working for a larger company doing the work that I do now - I loved it - but I saw the way how poorly small businesses were being treated by my industry and wanted to step in to do the job right for them and to help lead them to greener pastures.
