When I called Ben I had been charged and served an arrest warrant on a felony that I knew I didnt commit. I was worried sick with a pregnant wife and a lot going on personally! He talked with me on the phone late at night and calmed me down a bit, we set a meeting. From the moment I gave him my payment they kept me well informed. I worked with peter throughout the whole process and they heard out my story and took my story to the prosecution. with the prosecutor dragging everything out peter kept on pressing for a resolution. Had Pre trial today and peter went in before me and came out to tell me they were dismissing the charge I had been accused of. I walked out a free man. Included in their services they are filing paperwork to seal the case at no additional charges you cannot go wrong hiring Ben and peter to represent you, if I ever need an attorney again they will be my guys! I would highly recommend Ben Luftman and Don Olson. They were able to cut my daughters excessive sentence in half. Her first lawyer just took her money and made the situation worse, while these two actually helped her. They are what lawyers should be doing, working in favor for their client rather than for the prosecutor. They listened and gathered all the information they needed pertinent to the situation and made things happen , all at decent price.

Bryan Bowen helped my boyfriend get through a very difficult time with a great outcome. He was facing 2 felonies for a mistake he made by not being fully compliant with the cops.
