- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable compared to the bigger electrical companies out there. I do quality work at a low price because I ONLY do quality work, with my low overhead I can charge less and still do a great job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I let them know what kind of work I will be doing to resolve their problem. I typically give then numerous options as to which option will be the cheapest or what will look the best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired at my last employer as a auto mechanic. He offered me the career of being a electrican with laid schooling, I tried it and I've been hooked ever since.
