- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Facials are FREE! Invite friends to join you and you'll receive a discount on your product. I offer 20% off product during the month of your birthday whether you order once, twice or eight times!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm open to texting/calling/e-mailing and can meet at my place or yours for the facial. Very flexible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are weekly meetings that I attend for my small business and training calls I'm on once every other week.
