- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pride myself in reading all the up to date science as well as getting a new certification every year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I deployed to Afghanistan with the Army where I feel in love with helping my soldiers reach their fitness goals. I got my first certification there and quickly helped everyone around with workouts.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of weightloss clients and people coming off injuries that want to get back into lifting.
