I price per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the new client and what goals they have. I like to ask questions to get a better understanding of what coaching methods work best. The client is the driver in this process, I am here to help guide and support them on their journey. Ultimately it is their choice on how the coaching sessions go. The biggest question I like my clients to answer is why. Why are you choosing this goal? I think it is important it identify a why, not only does it help motivate to reach a goal but it also helps that client stick to their new changes and make them a lifestyle change and not a quick fix.

I have received my certificate as a Health and Wellness Coach from the American Fitness Professionals and Associates.
