This team was phenomenal!!! Professional, Prompt, Friendly and Honest. I called in a service for my key pad lock. I needed a front door key because all the ones we had did not open the front door. The man which came to take care of my service call, asked if I had a key I said yes, we have a key but it not for that door it goes in but it won’t turn. He asked that I retrieve the key so that he could try it. You won’t guess what happened, the key worked. He informed that for the key lock pad their is a specific way for the key to go in and to be turned. What an expensive lesson I thought; but that didn’t happen to be the case. He made me another key and only charged me for a service call. I cried and thanked him and the lady that was with him for being so nice. Professional team with great integrity. I would definitely suggest that you call them for any of your service needs.

Our new locks look great. We were hoping to just rekey our existing locks but they were too old so we had all new locks put on. It was a little more than we wanted to spend but it already feels worth it. So nice to smoothly open the door instead of fiddling with a jank lock for two minutes!
