I was looking for hair and makeup for my wedding and came across Shy. She only does makeup, but I decided to give her a try because I looked through her work and it was exactly what I was looking for. I did my bridal trial for my engagement pictures (a year ago) and the makeup looked STUNNING! I immediately knew she was who I wanted. Since then I have also started getting facials. I am 37 years old and just had my first facial (now 2nd) since meeting her.Not only are her prices reasonable, she does makeup and is the sweetest person! My wedding was this past weekend and my sister, mom and I could not say anything but amazing things about Shy. Her makeup was stunning on all of us. By the end of night none of us wanted to take it off because we loved it. The day had a downpour of rainfall. My wedding pictures were done in the rain and my makeup looked untouched. UNTOUCHED.I had hiccups with not having any help with my nails, and while helping with nails is not what she does. She was so kind to help me because I had nobody who would help me do them. I would have honestly cried pretty hard if my nails werent done for my wedding day. She saved it. She helped me and I am forever grateful for her.I highly recommend her! She listens to your needs for your skin, but also knows what to do for it if you are clueless. But is also so, so talented with makeup.No matter if youre looking for an esthetician or a makeup artist for your wedding. SHE IS IT! As a June 2026 bride, I can't recommend Shy enough! She was truly the best to work with and helped me feel my absolute best leading up to and on my wedding day. She did my spray tan, facial/dermaplane, and wedding makeup, and every experience was amazing.She listened carefully to any changes I wanted after my makeup trial and created a look that made me feel beautiful while still feeling like myself, just enhanced. My makeup was exactly what I envisioned, and I felt confident and radiant on my wedding day.I was especially nervous about getting my first spray tan, but she completely put me at ease and it turned out way better than expected. It looked so even and natural. My facial was also the best Ive ever had, and my skin was glowing.She also made my mother and bridesmaids feel gorgeous and helped the wedding morning run smoothly. She is so easygoing, kind, and fun to be around, and every appointment with her was such a great experience (and all very affordable). I am officially a fan for life and will definitely be returning for future spray tans and facials!
