What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an introductory rate of $20 your first session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have an intake form that needs filed out before your session starts which takes about 5 minutes to fill out. I spend a few minutes reviewing this with you then customize your session as necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always wanting to gain knowledge and attend classes on a regular basis to stay current with trends and new treatments.
