- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge$85 per hour. This includes installation, design consultation for placement of pictures, supplies, and travel. When traveling to towns outside of the Columbus area, I charge an additional 50 cents per mile, round trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I learn the details of the job and schedule appointments via phone, text, email or Thumbtack messenger. When necessary, I visit the site prior to the installation to give a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a member of the Professional Picture Framers Association for over 30 years, during the time that I owned a custom frame shop. I have a Bachelor of Arts.
