Luis was on time and explained what he would be doing. I appreciate him giving me an estimate ahead of time so I could plan ahead of time.

Luis can improve by maintaining clear and consistent professionalism. This includes keeping his word, honoring the quoted price that was offered and accepted, and avoiding any last‑minute changes that create confusion for the client. He should arrive on time on the agreed‑upon date, follow through with commitments, and never withdraw from a job within 24 hours of the scheduled start. It’s also important that he avoid practices that feel like bait‑and‑switch — offering one price to secure the job and then raising it after being hired. Consistency, reliability, and honoring agreements would greatly strengthen his service in the future.
