- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different. This can vary from client to client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a strategy sessions. We need to understand the clients business model in order to implement a successful digital campaign. After the strategy session, we propose recommendations based on what we feel will bring the client the most success. Whether that's a new website or a paid advertising strategy to drive instant traffic to the clients website, our strategy works hand in hand with the clients business goals and objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You need to be extremely well versed in coding on the web development side of the business. When it comes to SEO, a lot of experience in the field is needed to implement and execute upon a strategy. On the Analytics and Adwords side, an analytical background is required. You also need to be certified with Google Adwords and Google Analytics (to name a few). For social media marketing, PR and journalism backgrounds are required.
