Randal S was AMAZING! He was patient and very honest about the diagnostic. He was also considerate and did his best to fix my issue. Apex did a great job hiring Randal as a HVAC tech, he is knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service skills.

Apex was able to send someone out the same day which was nice especially since it was Friday and I didn’t have to wait the entire weekend to have someone look at my HVAC unit. There was a $69 service fee which is not stated on their page so that’s why 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, the tech was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. It took him about 15 or so minutes to find that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. The tech recommended a replacement since the furnace is 20+ years old.

We were having electrical issues at our home and it ended up being issues with the main circuit. They were able to have someone come out same day and he was very knowledgeable and thorough with the diagnostics process and helped replaced outlets same day with a lot of pictures and documentation. He provided three options for estimates based on the work.
