- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Federal returns start at $100. This includes a state return. Additional charges may apply. Please contact me for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work on a drop off basis. I will meet with the client to gather information and collect documents. Once the returns are finished we will meet back up to finalize paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA is business with a minor in accounting. Before starting my own business, I was a an area manager for a Jackson Hewitt franchise.
