If I am unable to complete the task, I will not charge you. It’s that simple! I have many connections in the home improvement field and can refer you to someone who can point you in the right direction, whether it be roofing, remodeling, or restoration. I am also an experienced estimator in Xactimate & Symbility software, able to provide estimating services for your insurance claim needs. J did an amazing job. He was super professional, unlike previous contractors in the past. Realistically I wish I could select all the categories because the work quality was great, even though something came up during the original date he was scheduled to work, but he did come through and was responsive and kept in touch. He was the cheapest out of all the contractors I called. We had to cut a hole in my ceiling because of a drain that leaked and he came and repaired the drywall all in one day and matched the texture. Truly deserves more than 5 stars.

I’m very transparent with my pricing. I’m fair & reasonable with no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making initial contact to discuss project and ask to have pictures provided. Will schedule a time to see it in person and provide an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four years of being an apprentice in the drywall / painters union. Over 30+ years of on the job experience. I am IICRC Certified for water mitigation for the last 20years for home owners and insurance companies.
