Honest. Out for the customer's needs. Helpful. That's how I'd describe my first encounter with Ted. He came out for a quote and I'm still in that process, but he suggested that I call the manufacturer b/c the maker of our faucet warranties the parts. He gave me a competitive quote, but said if I can replace the cartridge myself, that would be fine and it would save me money. If I can't do it, I'll be calling Ted.

Ted showed up on time to help me with my stinky well water issue. The first solution didn't work. He suggested another solution (which I checked up on with other plumbers) and his solution was the least expensive. He replaced my water heater and whole house filter and added a second filter per my request. He didn't try to push any unneccesary work and he did the job quickly. My house now has water that smells like water :-)

Ted was fast to respond and fixed the problem promptly. It took him less time to fix than estimated so he charged less to fix, which was appreciated. I will use him again for our next plumbing issue!
