The cleaning Alexis did was definitely worth the price! She was on time and very communicative before the cleaning time answering all of my questions. She was friendly and productive! I felt perfectly safe and comfortable with her in my home. If you’re thinking about hiring her, I recommend! 10/10.

Alexis was very responsive when I reached out to her to clean my apartment before moving out. I researched a few cleaning companies but then my friend told me that Alexis cleans on the side and I figured since her prices were fair and she is a private cleaner I would give it a whirl. She was fantastic!

Alexis I thought was going to be great until she no showed. Contacted me the night before to confirm the time and then didn’t show. No text, or phone call nothing. When I tried to call her it went to voicemail. Not quite sure what happened maybe what I needed done was too much, but all she had to was say and we could’ve worked something out, this is my first experience with thumbtack and I will never use again….
