- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes may be based on an Hourly Rate (This will include Travel Time & the 1st hour of Diagnostic/Repair time) but usually drops to a Flat Rate after Issues are defined and/or repaired
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The world of computer technology never stops. On going Training, Certification renewing is a BIG part of being a Technician. I am always in training to keep my Skills & Knowledge up to date
- What types of customers have you worked with?
