- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a deposit (based on amount of guest) to book, remaining balance paid at end of service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thank them for their interest and opportunity! I like to show my credentials to ensure that I will be following the state and local laws in regards to serving alcoholic beverages! I then make sure that I can meet the expectations for work, setup/clean up and items I must supply and what will be supplied in order for a successful event. Pricing is very important. We must agree on an reasonable amount before any commitments are made! Make sure I can handle the amount of guest and not become overwhelmed! Discuss drinks of choice and how they will be served if applicable!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years hands on bartending and Training ! I also have my TABC certification, State of Ohio RServing Certification, Liquor Permit, certified for on and off premises serving, TIPS certification! Satisfactory SafeServe and Food Handling training completion!
