- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based on expected work to be performed. Everything we do is customized and a written scope of work is provided to ensure their is a mutual understanding of expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the situation over the phone and consider options. We then either meet in person or conduct business over the phone or through Skype. We then prepare a written scope of work. We like to work with new clients by obtaining a third of our expected fee up front and then bill accordingly thereafter. Expenses, if incurred, are estimated in the scope of work so there are no surprises. We work for results and satisfying customers is basic to what we do. We usually work with clients for many years on different issues. Some of our relationships go back to the early 90's.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have a B.S. Business, my real education and training has been honed over 25 years in business. I am also certified as a Professional Behavioral Analyst in various assessments and continue to get recertified on a regular basis. I am also a licensed insurance agent for the State of Ohio and have been since 2001. This background helps me understand business issues my clients may be facing as I am required to take continuing education on a variety of topics.
