FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I had dreamed of doing something like this for years, and at 49 years old, decided it was time to follow my dream!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? When comparing rates ask how many faces can be drawn in an hour? You may hire someone at a lower hourly rate, but if they produce fewer drawings, is it really a bargain? Do they have referrals from satisfied clients? What does the artist provide? Custom Paper? Bags for the drawings? Lighting? How do the handle additional time if needed?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Being a professional Caricature Artist is a "Real Job". There are some who do this as a hobby, or quick way to make some cash, but those of us who do this professionally, respect our services and our customers.
