Daniel did a fantastic job replacing a part that was defective from the install. Throughout this entire process of replacing my heating and air conditioning Watkins has been nothing but exemplary. I am extremely satisfied and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody considering replacing heating and air conditioning or needing service.

Nick did a great job getting my AC back up and running. I believe he did accidentally left a tool behind. Please let me know how I can return it to him.

I would give them six stars if I could! My A/C went out around dinner time. I saw that they were open 24 hours, had been around a long time, and we're highly rated so I gave them a call. The dispatcher was pleasant and promised a call from a technician soon. The tech called within 15 minutes and said he could be at our home in 30 minutes. Nick arrived on time and was a great guy! He diagnosed the problem, gave a reasonable estimate, and had it repaired within an hour. I can't thank him and Watkins H & A enough!!

The install crew was so professional in their execution of the installation. The sheet metal work was impeccable. Tony was here for the one year service on our new HVAC system and the yearly service on our old system. He was on time, friendly, professional, and he wore booties in the house. He explained what he did and made a couple of recommendations on things we could do to be even more energy efficient. We are very pleased with Watkins and have already recommended them to others.
