The install crew was so professional in their execution of the installation. The sheet metal work was impeccable. Daniel did a fantastic job replacing a part that was defective from the install. Throughout this entire process of replacing my heating and air conditioning Watkins has been nothing but exemplary. From initial consultation to installation I couldn't have been happier. Brad made recommendations to better cool my second floor and showed me the high efficiency options I was looking for. The installation team of Kevin, Matt, Logan, and Eric worked for two full days on the install and ductwork changes. They were professional and left my basement spotless. Highly recommend this company.
