Had a wonderful experience with FRT. Super friendly guys and they worked hard. I had a NordicTrack Commercial 2450 that was acting up and they were able to come out within a day or so of making the request
They were able to diagnose that the main problem was a failing drive motor and helped me order the correct part. They also cleaned whole unit and tightened it all up eliminate all of the squeaks and rattles that had accumulated over 7 years of hard use. Overall, a very professional and efficient visit and I'll be asking them to come back once the drive motor gets delivered.
Quick update: once the motor came, Mikhail and crew came back out and installed it with no problems. They were also very willing to work with our schedule which can be a little tricky. Again, great experience with this crew and will definitely be using them in the future!

I don’t even know where to start. Just when I was starting to give up on my old Stairmaster 7000PT, I found FRT on google. I decided to give it a shot. I’m glad I did ! The FRT tech arrived on time and assessed the Stairmaster. I don’t know many repairs guys out there in general that will hop on a machine and test it. I mean he literally tested it! He was on the Stairmaster for almost 25 minutes until he figured out the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure that he was fixing the right problem. Besides that, the technician was friendly courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to fix their exerciseequipment. Before you give up on, it give FRT a Call. You won’t regret it, I promise.

The guys at Fitness Repair Tech were awesome, and I don’t throw around that word on a review a lot. They were professional from the moment I reached out. Mikhail (the owner) texted me and let me know they were en route. When they arrived (on the date and time they said they would), they spent over an hour on the repair itself, taking the bike apart, testing and re-testing.
