We are working with Roy on an addition on an existing structure that is not easy project. We do not have our final plans yet, but we are getting close. Roy has been patient and also offered suggestions. I have confidence that we will end up with the home we imagined.

Roy is easy to work with on designs. He had helpful suggestions, is practiced at the diplomacy of telling you it’s a bad idea but not actually saying it directly (a key skill for designers and contractors). He came to our house to take measurements and talk through design issues. Would work with him again. Great finished work product with pages of elevations, detail and views / renderings.

Quick turnaround and Roy listened. He gave his ideas but didn't force them on you. He would approach any conflicts in function as a what about this? Roy gave multiple ideas and if you didn't like them or want to change, he would work around issues to make your ideas work never changing your basic concept.

Roy is a true pro and is there to make the customers idea's work.

He will not just bang out prints to make money he takes pride in his work.
