We have a lot of work needed done in our bathroom and The Home Medics Group has been great about budget and what we wanted, and we were able to break up the work due to the financial part of it. We started with our vanity, flooring, and electric. We will be having them back for dry wall, fixtures, and a shower. Highly recommend.

I am so glad that I found Eric and his team. They did an outstanding job with installing my new vinyl flooring, and base boards. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and reliable. My floor had some challenges with uneven surfaces, and they addressed it prior to installation beautifully. In fact, just only after them working for a couple hours and seeing how great they are, I contracted them to come back to do some work in my kitchen in a couple weeks. Do yourself a favor, and hire Eric and his team for whatever home project you need done. Highly recommended and will for sure be using him again in the future for more projects.

Eric and crew were courteous , speedy, prompt , and did an excellent job prepping and installing a LVT floor that spanned five rooms. As I was working in other projects simultaneously , they offered sound and helpful advice along the way. I would highly recommended the Home medics Group.

We had quite a bit of work done on our home, everything from new flooring throughout the entire house to remodeling bathrooms and replacing fixtures, and it all turned out beautifully! Eric took the time to help us decide on our materials, worked around our schedules (I work night shift) and was very professional and kept us up to date on every project. The work was begun pre-covid and continued through the beginning of all of the uncertainty, and his staff was very good at monitoring their health and following all of the recommended guidelines. We plan to continue to use this company for future home projects!

We hired Eric's team after contacting a lot of different businesses about replacing our shower. We ended up doing our whole bathroom because he was so affordable. We felt he was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Eric makes sure you are completely satisfied with his teams work beforr final payment. We kept things on a budget, but im sure if we wanted something more elaborate they would have done a good job with that too. We are happy with the results. No more pink and salmon tile and toilet here!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest crew out there. My team are well paid professionals that you can count on. All estimates and consultations are free of charge. we offer military and senior citizen discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak on phone to get an idea of what they would like done, followed by an in home visit for a free estimate. I like to be very clear and straight forward with customers about who we are as a company, and what they can expect from us if they choose us to hire. I also believe it’s key to be transparent on the estimates, itemizing every phase of the project for the customer and discussing different options available to them in order to fit within their budget. After all bases are covered and an estimate is agreed upon, I sign contracts with the customer and provide them with an expected timeline from start to completion. During each project we like to show the customers what we are doing and provide updates on the progress. At the end of the project we do a walkthrough again with the customer, make sure they are 110%satisfied with the project as a whole before collecting a final balance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Certified Contractor for The Home Depot. Training in finish carpentry/millwork/drywall/plumbing/electrical/tile/flooring/framing/etc
