I have known Brad for about a year as a professional colleague. Brad is highly involved with professional organizations and contributes a lot to the legal community in Central Ohio. Brad is consistent and reliable, and takes initiative. He is always willing to answer a colleague's question, even if he has to take time to research the issue.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Lately I have been working a lot with individuals wanting to get their business set up. I advise them on the best type of entity for their business and help them get the paperwork completed and filed. Especially if there are multiple owners, I draft an operating document to set out how the company will be managed. And many businesses need special licenses or accounts set up (workers' comp, unemployment, tax withholding), so I help the owners set those up as well.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Obviously the most important thing is an attorney that focuses in the area of the law that your problem or situation is found. However, it is also important to choose an attorney you feel comfortable and can establish a good working relationship with.
