- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our focus is providing the value at the highest quality. We are not the cheapest. We cant compete with "Chuck and an truck" on price...we don't cut corners. But we are certainly not the most expensive out there either. We keep our overhead low and pass along the savings. Our goal is to give you the best value for your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its starts with a phone consultation to see if we are the right fit. Then we set an appointment to view the project. After everyone is clear of the scope of work we put together a written estimate for the home owner consideration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no substitute for experience and we combine for over 50 year of it in the industry. Along the way we have trained and worked with some of the best in the business. In addition we have have attend countless training workshops and product knowledge seminars. This industry is ever evolving with new products and technologies. It is our job to stay on top of the "latest and greatest" products and construction processes.
