Individual training program start with consultation and assessment that determines the plan of action necessary to reach specified goals.
Fitness Camps start with orientation session during which we explain the methodology and focus of the next 6 weeks. We also take measurements and pictures of each participant during the meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's in my blood.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The only thing I can do well is help people get fit and healthy. I've done million things in my life but nothing makes me happy more then what I do now.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I worked with a lady who was paralyzed and chained to a wheel chair. She improved so much that now she can run sprints. She was taken off her medication and she completely changed her attitude towards life. She is one big positive force and inspiration to others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask existing customers what they think about the provider.
If there is any hesitation move on and go find someone else.
If the customers rave about the provider and they are the walking, talking proof of what the provider was able to accomplish with them call the provider for a consultation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers must know that I am a business and what I do is not just my hobby.
I don't train people for fun. I train them for living.
I am a professional fitness trainer and a business owner.
Too often people don't recognize that.
You wouldn't go to a doctor who practice the medicine as a hobby.
