- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is nothing complicated about pricing for my services. I am probably most affordable service of its kind in the city with unmatched quality. You pay for results via monthly fee for each chosen program. No hidden fees, additional charges etc. On top of that I have a referral program that rewards customers for sharing my classes with their friends, family and co-workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Individual training program start with consultation and assessment that determines the plan of action necessary to reach specified goals. Fitness Camps start with orientation session during which we explain the methodology and focus of the next 6 weeks. We also take measurements and pictures of each participant during the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Of course.
