- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is paperless, usually we are able to provide a free estimate based on rough aerial measurements of your home, but in some cases it is necessary to go onsite for the estimate. After discussing the scope of your project and the proposal is approved, we then put you on our schedule. In certain cases we may require a deposit before starting work on your project. After work is completed we send the customer an electronic invoice which can be paid with either credit card, check or cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 14 years of combined experience in various trades, four of which were full time seamless gutter work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at the age of 14 helping my father who is a builder/ contractor on the job.
