I have been very blessed to know Christy. She has been my mentor, leader, and friend. We have worked together in several different situations over the course of the last several years. She is always professional and kind. She is a very gifted leader who understands the bigger picture and encourages and directs people to continue working for a common goal together. She is able to look at the strengths and weaknesses of a group and pull them together for the best utilization of skills possible. Christy is excellent at motivating people to keep stretching themselves and working hard so they reach their goals. She is very encouraging and uses wisdom to speak into the lives of those that need it. She is not afraid to take charge of a situation and will do whatever is required to get the job done. The more interaction Christy has with people, the more she grows in her compassion and desire to help others. I would highly recommend Christy, she would be an asset to any team.
