BOMB Tacos!

Introduction: Hi! I’m Morgan! I grew up in Texas and lived in several different areas, one being Alpine, Tx on the Mexican border, where I fell in love with Mexican cuisine. I also lived on the Texas/Louisiana border and absolutely love southern/Cajun foods as well. Although I like to try any new cuisine I can get my hands on, making any of these styles of food has been go to comfort food that brings me back home in those few small bites. I still make many different types of food for church functions, family and friends and parties, so I can make Italian style food, Asian fusion dishes, Mediterranean dishes, appetizers for a cocktail party, etc. I enjoy making eating food fun and also beautiful to look at, but my main goal is to bring your taste buds alive in those few bites. I was taught by the best and I like to stick to as authentic as I possibly can, because we all know that’s best! I use quality ingredients and take pride in my product to make sure you have as good of an experience as I remember growing up. This is my second year in business, so I look forward to catering your next event and bringing a fun and delicious time to you!
