My AC stopped working and Matt and his team were able to get me an appointment early the next day. Matt came, assessed the problem quickly and resolved the issue all within 30ish minutes. He was very informative and thorough. I highly recommend them and will be calling back if any other issues arise!

Local business shout out to Lakeshore Heating and Cooling for yet another great annual maintenance visit today. The booking was easy, the email and texts with were on our way were great and on point (I even got a profile pic of the tech that was en route), the service tech was professional and answered all questions, and the payment and receipt were emailed right away. We even locked in a spring visit to get the AC tuned up for next year.This is the third time we have had them come out, and they have done an excellent job each time. They have a great professional culture - you can feel it.Nicely done!
