What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down with new customers so that we can establish exactly what their real estate goals are. If you are buying a home or farm, we like to establish a wants and needs list. We also provide our Home Buying Guide at this meeting which is helpful in answering many questions home buyers have. When working with home sellers the process is much the same but circumstances and goals are always different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Realtors are required to complete 30 hours or continuing credits education in topics important to real estate. Carl Petelle is a licensed Broker in Ohio and an Associate Broker in Indiana.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First time home buyers. Seniors who are looking to downsize. We sell several country homes with acreage to families looking to leave the hustle and bustle of city life.
